The State of the Art
in High-Frequency Charging

BBX stands out in the HF charger landscape for its modern engineering and use of the latest technologies.

The conversion system utilizes high-speed Soft-Switching technology combined with an active PFC (Power Factor Correction) system to achieve a certified efficiency exceeding 97% and a near-unity power factor.

In addition to minimizing energy consumption and associated CO2 emissions, the BBX charger reduces thermal stress on all electrical components, from the AC supply grid to the battery, enhancing both performance and reliability.

Integrated mechatronic design has achieved unprecedented power density. This results in an extremely compact and lightweight design with a regular shape and optimized ventilation, simplifying logistics and installation.

Fully Modular Architecture:

Unlike common modular systems that are limited only to the power section, BBX introduces total modularity across every vital part of the machine.
Both the power section and the digital section, including the user interface, display, and communication ports, are independent and replaceable modules.

This innovation translates into superior operational solidity:
  • Real Redundancy.
    In the event of a power module fault, the system continues to operate, ensuring the operational continuity of the fleet.
  • On-site Replaceable Interface.
    Should the control module or display suffer damage, they can be replaced in seconds without dismantling the unit or touching internal wiring.
  • Total Plug & Play.
    Every module is front-inserted; connections are established automatically without tools or manual wiring.
  • Zero-Error Maintenance.
    Only two types of spare parts (Power Module and Control Module) cover 100% of the BBX electronics. This eliminates prolonged downtime and simplifies spare parts inventory management.

Ultra-Stable Charging Current

To preserve cell life, BBX delivers an output current with extremely low residual ripple, below 3.4% peak-to-peak.

Low ripple minimizes battery heating, increases electrochemical stability, and improves overall efficiency.

This precision is essential for a lithium battery charger, where thermal management and process stability are critical.

The BBX software supports conventional, fast, and opportunity charging modes, adapting flexibly to the needs of the fleet.

Multi-Output Charging Station

Available as a single, double, or quadruple output charger, the BBX can power multiple charging points simultaneously from the same AC line.

It is the perfect solution for optimizing forklift charging rooms, reducing the cost of the necessary electrical infrastructure.

The system automatically recognizes the batteries connected to each port and instantly applies the correct charging parameters.
