In Memory of Bruno Bassi

There are individuals who leave behind more than just their work; they leave a profound imprint on how we understand both life and business. Bruno Bassi was one of those people.

Co-founder, alongside his wife Tiziana, of the legacy we carry forward today, Bruno passed away in June 2025. He entrusted us with a heritage that reaches far beyond the technical excellence of his chargers.

An electrical technician by training and an innovator by calling, Bruno built his path from the ground up. He did so with a quality that is rare today: a crystalline, unwavering honesty.
To him, a company was not defined by numbers, but by relationships, by deep-seated respect for his colleagues, and by a handshake that carried more weight than any contract.

Bruno never sought the shortest path, only the right one. His work was guided by a sincere, almost artisanal passion for perfection. Every component and every circuit had to meet a standard of quality that allowed for no shortcuts. “Doing things right” was his natural way of being in the world.

His generosity and kindness of spirit remain at the very heart of GEBAT.

Today, we remember him with the pride of those who stand on solid foundations, built with the hard work and the warm smile of a man who knew how to dream big while remaining firmly grounded.
