The DC charging station for total integration: CANBUS and automotive standards

One of the greatest strengths of the HVS platform is its extraordinary integration flexibility, both for OEM applications and standardized infrastructures.

  • OEM industrial applications (Proprietary CAN).
    For manufacturers of special vehicles and mobile machinery, HVS offers a native CANBUS interface.
    This allows direct and customized communication with the vehicle’s BMS (Battery Management System), supporting proprietary protocols for total and transparent control of the charging process.
  • Global automotive standards (International protocols).
    HVS is configurable to support the world’s leading BEV charging standards, ensuring full interoperability with production vehicles and mixed fleets:
    • CCS1 charger (SAE J1772): Standard CCS interface dedicated to the North American market.
    • CCS2 charger (ISO 15118, DIN 70121): The European standard for fast CCS DC charging.
    • GBT charger (GB/T 27930, GB/T 20234): Full support for GBT communication protocols and connectors for the Chinese market.
